-lemon/calamansi juice

Tunawem diay butter, after which, layetem a paggigiddanen diay onions,
ginger, celery (mangibati ka pay laeng bassit 'diay celery...)
Next, ipisokmon diay nadalus a mussels ken serbesa; after 5 minutes,
nayonam bassit iti butter ken ipisokmo metten diay nabati a celery; tantiaemon
diay ipatedtedmo a calamansi or lemon juice. Kalubam diay kaserola for about 15
more minutes or so...
