Buttered Mussels (Tahong) with Celery

Simple laeng nga isagana g'yem; ti kasapulam:


-butter
-onions
-celery
-lemon/calamansi juice
-bassit usit a ginger,
-sangatagay a serbesa
-salt & pepper to taste
-tahong, op kors

 
Tunawem diay butter, after which, layetem a paggigiddanen diay onions, ginger, celery (mangibati ka pay laeng bassit 'diay celery...) 

Next, ipisokmon diay nadalus a mussels ken serbesa; after 5 minutes, nayonam bassit iti butter ken ipisokmo metten diay nabati a celery; tantiaemon diay ipatedtedmo a calamansi or lemon juice. Kalubam diay kaserola for about 15 more minutes or so...

After that, warakiwakamon iti salt, pepper, betsin base diay kayatmo nga apgad na...

Adawemon, aggaokan iti innapuy wenno ipasayagmon diay platter dita lamisaan a pagtotoningan yo...

Ipapasyon ti agsida wenno agpulotan.
